Do you have

any questions?

Can I apply your products on my face?

Facial skin is similar to that of the body but slightly more delicate due to its being exposed to the effects of the environment on a daily basis. Our soap sponges have been dermatologically tested and developed to minimise the potential to cause irritation and can therefore be used for washing the face.

Could I be allergic to these products?

All ingredients used in all of our formulations, are approved under the international standards used by Jalsosa. One of our main concerns, in addition to supplying distinctive products, is to ensure the safety of our consumers and therefore, dermatological studies of hypoallergenicity have been undertaken where all formulations were approved.

What should I do if the products is in contact with my eyes?

In case of contact with the eyes, wash with abundant quantities of water. In case of irritation, suspend use and consult a doctor.

What materials are used in the packs? Are they recyclable?

The exterior packaging is made from bi-oriented Polypropylene which is recyclable, while the sponge can be treated as regular rubbish (an average of 2.5 grammes of waste per wash).

Is there a biodegradable, single use sponge?

Our challenge has been to adapt to the new demands coming from the market, so that we are the only manufacturer that supplies a product in biodegradable materials (PLA), maintaining the intrinsic qualities of the conventional product.

Can your products be used on a daily basis?

All of our products are formulated for daily use and more than once if necessary. However, not all skin types are the same, so we use materials with different levels of softness. Our specialists can recommend the products that are best suited to each type of skin.

Is it necessary to rinse with water?

We recommend rinsing the skin with water and drying with a towel after washing.

Soap sponges without the need for rinsing are new for 2021 and are recommended specially for patients who are confined to bed, persons with restricted mobility or particular situations where rinsing with water is an impossibility.
